PREMIUM VEGETABLE JUICES
Produced in New Zealand, Southern Dairy is a supplier of a range of premium vegetable juices, both conventional and organic. Primary products are carrot and beetroot, but we also have the capacity to supply a range of other juices including kale and some fruit juices.
The juices are produced from vegetables and fruit exclusively grown in New Zealand. An environment that is world-renowned for its clean and green attributes and world-leading food security standards including a complete ban on GMO's. Labor laws are also world-class with mandatory health and safety protections and written labor contracts.

A range of other juices, in particular from fruit and vegetables which grow well in New Zealand, but less so in other parts of the world, can also be supplied. These include kiwi, apricot, cherry, and kale.
All products can be supplied in a format to meet specific customer requirements including the choice of additives, form ( juice, puree, pulp), and growing standard (straight or organic). Packaging options are also available, either in various bulk forms or retail packs.
MANUKA HONEY
Southern Dairy is a supplier of world-famous Manuka Honey that is produced by bees that pollinate the Manuka tree, a native plant of New Zealand.
Typically it contains higher levels of methylglyoxal (MGO), a natural antibacterial agent. While not yet fully verified by research, it is said by some to provide improved healing to cuts, protection from infection, improved digestion, and enhancement of the immune system. In fact, in 2007 the US FDA approved Manuka Honey as an option for wound healing.
The other potential benefit of Manuka Honey is that even though it has antibacterial properties it is not an antibiotic. Therefore it does not appear to contribute to the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. The other important point to mention is that unlike many other kinds of honey, our Manuka Honey is not contaminated with actual antibiotics. In many parts of the world, foulbrood is a major issue resulting in beekeepers having to use an antibiotic to protect their bees. This is not the case with the Southern Dairy product.
Manuka Honey comes in different grades according to the level of anti-bacterial properties it contains. Southern Dairy has a full range available as well as other kinds of honey unique to New Zealand.

LAMB
New Zealand is the world's largest exporter of lamb meat. It is recognized globally for its natural attributes and quality. This is as a result of New Zealand sheep being pasture-fed and grazed, kept free from GMO's and artificial hormones, plus they are farmed under New Zealand's strict animal husbandry requirements. In addition, largely as a result of being 100% pasture-fed, NZ lamb has the highest lamb omega content in the world.
Southern Dairy has available a range of lamb cuts specially designed for the US consumer.

Southern Dairy is able to offer a line of high-quality world-leading beverage solutions. Developed since 2002, with the objective to be the best in the market globally, these products have gained the trust of selected leading drink retailers and restaurant chains in the Middle East, Asia, and Australasia. They are now being launched into the US market.
